Updated from a Trek 7300 hybrid to a DH-1...Love the bike...it performs well on urban bike paths and trails ... from dirt, packed gravel to pavement........love the disc brakes and the Smooth shifting. Great all around bike for me. Ride about 500 mi a year.
Just purchased the DS 1 after many years of not riding and wanting to get back into the sport. This bike is very comfortable, extremely capable and very quick. Even though this is the entry level into the DS series it feels like your getting a much more expensive bike for the money spent.
Easy riding when camping on packed trails and pavement
